Housing practices and equipment

The student apartments are designed to be as effortless a solution as possible: everything essential is ready from the day of moving in. Every apartment includes a comfortable bed with mattress, pillows and duvet, as well as basic bed linen. There is also a dining table, storage space for books and clothes, good general lighting and a task light for studying. The apartments have a small but functional kitchen or kitchenette equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, electric kettle, as well as basic tableware, pots, a frying pan and cooking utensils. All apartments have a private bathroom with a shower and toilet. Only personal belongings need to be brought along, such as clothes, study and hobby equipment and if desired, personal textiles and decorative items to make the home feel individual. The rent is student-friendly and typically includes water and heating, and in some apartments also a wireless internet connection. Depending on the property, electricity may be included in the rent or charged separately as an additional fee based on consumption.

  • Receiving an offer: You will receive a written student price offer outlining the rent, included services, and other terms and conditions.

  • Signing the agreement: Once you accept the offer, we will sign the rental agreement electronically.

  • Move-in: We will arrange the key handover and practical matters, and you can move in on the agreed date.
